Consolas is good !
bulknews 経由で知った Consolas がいい感じ。私もPuTTYに使ってみましたが結構良いです。
さらに、Microsoft PowerToys for Windows XP に ClearType Tuner を発見しました。

This PowerToy lets you use ClearType technology to make it easier to read text on your screen, and installs in the Control Panel for easy access.
これを使ったら、Windows の一部のフォントが ClearType になりまして、なんとなく(中途半端な)Mac気分。デベロッパのモチベーションは、こういう些細な楽しみによって支えられています。
